At Supervity.ai, we're looking for engineers who combine deep AI expertise with exceptional customer engagement skills.
This isn't a traditional software engineering role.
You'll become the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, working directly with CXOs, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI solutions powered by LLMs and intelligent agents.
We're looking for engineers who have hands-on experience with:
✅ Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
✅ LLMs, Agentic AI & Prompt Engineering
✅ LangChain, ADK, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, MCP & modern AI frameworks
✅ APIs, enterprise integrations & distributed systems
✅ Building production-grade AI applications
But technical skills alone aren't enough.
We're specifically looking for someone who can:
🔹 Lead customer workshops and technical discussions with confidence
🔹 Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
🔹 Build production-ready POCs at exceptional speed
🔹 Own enterprise deployments end-to-end with minimal supervision
🔹 Mentor engineers while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, TPMs, and Sales
