Experienced techno-functional consultant with expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance. Suitable for
professionals with a combination of Integration and Configuration experience, or stronger expertise in either area with basic understanding
of the other.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as SME for Workforce Software Time & Attendance (WT&A;).
• Configure Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling and Roles.
• Translate business requirements into scalable WT&A; configurations.
• Design, build and troubleshoot integrations including Time Entry Import, HR Import, Exports and Payroll Interfaces.
• Develop/support scheduled scripts, LD Imports, generic and incremental exports and EOPP processes.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data validation and remediation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, mapping failures, job log errors and integration issues.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, deployment and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams; prepare functional and technical documentation.
Required Skills
• Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance - Mandatory.
• Strong experience in Application Configuration and/or Integration Development.
• SQL, JavaScript and Workforce Software Formula Language.
• Hands-on experience with imports, exports, interfaces and payroll integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Any One Preferred)
PT102 (Configuration Specialist), PT103 (Integration Specialist), Time Functional 101, Interface 101, CT102 or CT103.
Good-to-Have Modules: Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Analytics.
