Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant with strong functional expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in VIM configuration, client interactions, requirement gathering, and end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate should be a functional consultant with a proven track record in Accounts Payable automation using OpenText VIM solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Accounts Payable processes.
• Conduct client workshops and interact with business stakeholders to understand process requirements.
• Configure and customize OpenText VIM solutions as per business needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements in invoice management and AP automation.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
• Provide production support and resolve VIM-related functional issues.

Mandatory Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Strong functional expertise in OpenText VIM.
• Hands-on experience in VIM configuration and solution design.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and conducting client workshops.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations.
• • Candidates with 2 implementations may be considered if they demonstrate strong implementation knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) business processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
