Job Description
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.* Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred. Other relevant certifications, such as Application Architect, System Architect, and specific cloud consultants, are a significant plus.
- Technical Acumen:o Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and programmatic capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware).o Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data sharing, and data governance.
- Proven experience with large-scale data migrations and data management strategies.
- Leadership Skills:o Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and strategic direction for our Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Solution Design: Design and document end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations with other systems. This includes creating detailed technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams.
- Platform Governance: Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance processes for Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. Ensure the long-term health, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives.
- Complex Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex technical challenges related to data volume, performance, security, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.* Roadmap and Strategy: Contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap, staying abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies and recommending their strategic adoption.
- Mandatory Cloud Expertise:o Sales Cloud: Possess deep, hands-on experience in architecting and implementing Sales Cloud solutions to support a full sales lifecycle.o Service Cloud: Architect and implement Service Cloud solutions, including case management, knowledge, and omnichannel support.o Experience Cloud: Design and build scalable and engaging community and portal solutions using Experience Cloud.
