Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in
Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud
platforms, and cutting-edge technologies like NLP, RAG, and AI Agents

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies ensuring scalability,
efficiency, and business alignment.
- Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and AI
applications using external APIs or local LLMs.
- Leverage GenAI tools to create dynamic AI agents and workflows.
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models using platforms like AWS SageMaker and AWS
Bedrock.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and model retraining.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure technical solutions meet
business needs.
- Document AI workflows, data pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure transparency
and reproducibility.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience with Python and ML.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience in building Agents, Speech processors, PDF & Image processors.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques such as Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision and time series forecasting.
- Experience with AWS (including Bedrock, Lambda).
- Solid knowledge of system design principles including scalability, security, and performance
optimization.
- Experience with GitHub and Docker for container orchestration.
Good to Have
- Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including moderation mechanisms and ethical AI
design.
- Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.
- Exposure to advanced GenAI toolkits and multi-agent AI systems.
