Senior Full-Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 7–10 years of experience who can independently design, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, React.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and application security, along with exposure to Azure cloud and application migration/modernization projects. The candidate should be comfortable understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and taking ownership of features or small projects with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend development and modern frontend technologies.
• Should be a true Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work independently across UI, backend services, APIs, and database components.
• Ability to understand functional/business use cases independently and translate them into technical solutions.
• Should be capable of taking ownership of a small project or feature end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong experience in React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in developing and integrating REST APIs / third-party APIs.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with JWT-based authentication, authentication flows, token management, and API security.
• Practical knowledge of application security concepts, including API protection mechanisms, authorization, authentication, secure API communication, and common security considerations.
• Candidates should be able to explain how these security concepts have been implemented in real-world production environments.
• Experience with application migration projects, preferably involving migration of .NET-based web applications to Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services and understanding of application modernization/migration approaches will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving, debugging, and independent development capabilities rather than requiring continuous technical guidance.
