Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across multiple channels – Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push notifications.

  • Configure Email Studio, Mobile Studio (Push, SMS, WhatsApp), Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Builder, Journey Builder, Reports, and Einstein.

  • Write and manage HTML/CSS code for emails, including dynamic and personalized content.

  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide customers through SFMC solution implementations.

  • Manage and optimize data within SFMC, including data modeling, segmentation, data extensions, and data synchronization with external sources.

  • Develop marketing automation user stories, functional specifications, and project plans with stakeholders.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and design customized SFMC marketing solutions.

  • Track and manage project progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and integration.

  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce CRM, MarTech, and AdTech solutions.

  • Hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and business acumen.

  • Experience with Salesforce product integrations.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project facilitation.

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Ability to identify business requirements and translate them into technical strategies and solutions.

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
