5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer Level 2.

Juniper Certification /Experience with devices is a plus

In addition to Routing and Switching, the candidate should have strong wireless troubleshooting experience and hands-on exposure to Juniper devices.
- For wireless troubleshooting, you can give them scenarios to solve in the interview. For example: “Connected to Wi-Fi but no internet” or simply ask them what kind of wireless troubleshooting requests they get.
- For Juniper, if the candidate cannot directly answer, you can ask them to correlate the troubleshooting or configuration with how they would do it on a Cisco device. This way, we can assess whether they understand the logic and flow, even if their Juniper exposure is limited.
- Communication – Should be able to articulate & comprehend – as they have to interact with clients to troubleshoot outside of India in 450 locations for this platinum client.
Skills & Requirements

Strong Routing & Switching expertise

Wireless troubleshooting experience (common Wi-Fi connectivity issues, end-to-end diagnosis)

Hands-on experience with Juniper devices (Juniper certification is a plus)
