Job Description

The ideal candidate is a senior IT Project Manager responsible for successfully leading and delivering complex, multi-project portfolios, including client-facing IT outsourcing transitions and internal strategic IT initiatives. Must ensure projects meet quality standards, remain on budget, and are delivered on time, while effectively managing risks and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills & Requirements

Experience and Background

 

  • 10+ Years of Project Management experience.

  • Proven record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget with high client satisfaction.

  • Experience managing relationships with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.

 

II. Core Technical and Functional Skills

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to develop deliverables-based project plans and milestones.

  • Strong financial management skills (budget management, forecasting, earned value analysis).

  • Experience in leading teams of subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Skill in scope definition and completion of scope of work documents.

  • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow.

 

III. Certifications (Preferred)

 

  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).

  • ITIL Certification.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for reporting and client-facing roles.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues with exceptional follow-through.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to escalate risks/issues internally and to clients.

  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
