Senior AI System Engineer (Custom Agents)

Job Description

• 5+ years software engineering experience with strong Python backend development
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Production experience with LLM applications and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
• Familiarity with OpenWebUI or similar conversational AI interfaces
• Azure cloud experience (Azure AI Foundry, App Service, Container Apps preferred)
• Understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) patterns
• Strong asynchronous programming and API design skills
• Ability to work autonomously from high-level requirements to production delivery
