Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role,
you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating a robust sales pipeline, and expertly
solutioning our SAP service offerings for B2B clients worldwide. If you have a proven track
record in B2B sales within the SAP ecosystem and are passionate about helping businesses
maximize their SAP investments, we want to hear from you.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies,
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving
sales targets.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise solution sales, with 6–10 years in B2B
enterprise solution sales, with at least 3–5 years selling SAP services, IT consulting, or enterprise
learning/adoption solutions, understands SAP ecosystem buying cycles, and can build trusted
relationships with CIOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, and the Digital Transformation head.

Skills & Requirements

Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing new
business opportunities for SAP service lines
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking,
and lead generation activities across APJ and US markets
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to understand client needs and develop
compelling, tailored SAP service solutions and proposals that address specific business
challenges
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target
organizations
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and provide accurate sales forecasts and
reports
• Stay informed about SAP trends, market developments, and competitor activities to
identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 -10 years of demonstrable experience in B2B sales, specifically selling SAP services or
related enterprise software solutions.
