The NetSuite Senior Manager leads NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements. This role acts as a functional lead and solution architect, managing client relationships, guiding project teams, and delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients.
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Serve as functional lead and solution architect on client engagements
Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Design and deliver scalable business and revenue recognition solutions
Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality standards
Present project plans, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders
Mentor, train, and develop team members
Promote NetSuite best practices internally and externally
5+ years of NetSuite implementation and support experience
8+ years of consulting experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
Expertise in Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and PSA
Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and reporting
ASC-606 revenue recognition experience
Strong accounting, finance, or operations background
Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and user training
Proven leadership and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
