The NetSuite Manager supports and delivers NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements. This role works closely with clients and internal teams to design effective business solutions, manage project delivery, and ensure successful adoption of NetSuite best practices.
Deliver NetSuite implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support projects
Design and implement scalable business and revenue recognition solutions
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
Create and present project plans, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders
Support revenue recognition (ASC 606) engagements
Monitor project progress to ensure quality and compliance
Educate clients and internal teams on NetSuite best practices
Participate in team mentoring, training, and career development activities
5+ years of NetSuite implementation, integration, and support experience
2+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience
Experience with Multi-Book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and/or PSA
Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and reporting
Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and gap analysis
Experience with data conversions, testing, and end-user training
Ability to define business benefits, costs, and project scope
Strong accounting, finance, or operations knowledge
Willingness to travel up to 25%
