Training Resource Lead

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Training and Resourcing Manager with 3 – 5 years of
experience to lead recruitment, trainer resourcing, and training operations across our business
verticals. This role places a strong emphasis on ERP consulting and training, requiring a
dynamic individual who can drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
As an individual contributor, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and SAP’s
resourcing ecosystem to ensure there are timely trainer placements, effective rate negotiations,
and seamless training delivery for our customers.
You will also play a key role in expanding our training and trainer services into new markets,
emerging technologies, and diverse customer segments.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resourcing activities across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment with
project requirements and organizational goals.
• Oversee the onboarding process for hired candidates, ensuring smooth integration into
the organization and readiness for project assignments.
• Identify, onboard, and allocate resources for SAP consulting and training projects,
addressing specific skill gaps effectively.
• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to provide trainer/consultant sourcing
and ensure timely training delivery for SAP projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for training LOB across EMEA & APJ markets,
ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing any operational challenges.
• Monitor training operations and resolve any logistical or technical issues to maintain
smooth execution.
• Drive pre-sales activities to expand training delivery and resource placement services to
new markets and technologies beyond SAP.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure
project alignment and operational excellence.
• Provide reports and updates on resourcing activities, onboarding, and delivery
performance to leadership.

Skills & Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training operations, resourcing, or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of SAP consulting and training roles, with an understanding of
market dynamics and current trends in the training industry
• Excellent networking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Pre-sales experience with the ability to position and sell resourcing and training
solutions and establish new markets & product lines
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Familiarity with resource planning tools and techniques (a plus).
• Experience with SAP partner networks and training platforms is a plus.
